I called these guys for service awhile back for a rental property I own in the area. As someone who manages a property from out of state, working with contractors that you can trust to do a good job at a reasonable price is INVALUABLE. The communication was outstanding, pricing was more than fair, and the tenants are happy with the service and professionalism of the technician. What more can you ask for?

I cannot rave enough about our experience with Beaufort Air. Tony was absolutely great and went above and beyond for us. He stopped by the evening before our scheduled appt because he was close by. Considering it was 90 something degrees out and we weren't getting any cool air, that was a day closer to diagnosing the issue. He ordered our part and was able to install it a couple days later ( it was over a weekend). He even called to check on us to see it was working efficiently, and when it took longer than we had liked to cool down, he again on his own came over to make sure all was ok. I will continue to call on them as needed, but w his expertise, I'm hoping it won't be for a long while.

They arrived on time, found the problem. Had the replacement part on their truck. Fixed the unit and checked it out. found some other problems fixed them np charge, Explained the worked they did and charged a reasonable price, I WOULD HAVE THEM BACK SHOULD I NEED OTHER REPAIRS.
